Terms of Service

ORKA reads Shopify store data through the official Shopify Admin API and computes insights, alerts, and opportunities for the connected merchant. ORKA does not perform write operations against your store.

• You must own or be authorized to operate the Shopify store you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to attempt to access another merchant's data.

• We store your access token encrypted at rest.
• We isolate every merchant's data with row-level security.
• We honour merchant-initiated disconnect and account deletion requests.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location.

If you are not satisfied with ORKA, you may request a full refund of any charge within 7 calendar days of that charge by writing to orkaanalisis@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Refund requests received after the 7-day window are handled at ORKA's discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.

You can disconnect Shopify or delete your ORKA account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice by email where reasonably possible.

ORKA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORKA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service. ORKA's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to ORKA in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

ORKA's insights and recommendations are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the use of ORKA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, and each party waives any objection to venue in that forum.
